Me too. The 2.1 firmware before does not have this problem. It must be something wrong with the new firmware.

The first one I received has a protective film on the screen. Then here was software failure and it couldn't reboot. So I got another new one. However this one does not have a protective film. The box is sealed and all the accessories seem to be untouched. What is in your case?

Hi, I just received my archos 70 yesterday. After playing it for a while, I copied some movie and music via usb to it. Though the copy was stopped for unknown reason and my Win7 went bluescreen, I just restart the computer and unplug the usb cable. Then I reboot it. After that, the tragedy happened ...
