I'm with Viking; I say bring back NTFS. With the ability to playback 1080p it just makes sense from a convenience standpoint.

The volume is improved on the G9s Kramer - I have not compared them to direct competitor, but against Gen8 it is a significant difference. I really hope this is the case; having to have the Gen 8's at the highest possible volume and the latter still not be high enough in most cases was a disappoint...

I hear you on it being a matter of preference however I believe that a gadget of any kind, within a protective case 100% of the time, is a better investment than one that sits on a case only when its not being used. I second that (wanting some confirmation). If true it confirms what a lot of us have been seeking since Generation 8 (1gb worth of ram).

Full spec sheet is up on Archos' web site yet no mention on ram (just as they didn't list it last year when it was 256mb).

The third to last picture where it shows the video specs was impressive....
