I took the fast followup of the release to be implicit recognition that they had to fix some bugs they introduced. It is in the nature of programmers to not want to highlight their mistakes, but pay their dues by fixing it fast. What kind of files are those that you can play? Audio/Video codecs used, bit rates... And those that you can't?
