If they make a Gen9 tablet based on the Archos 43 then it would be best to have a capacitive touchscreen, a Stereo speaker, doubled ram, atleast a 5 MP camera with 2x better quality than the current one, 1.5 ghz cpu, and atleast 16 GB storage memory built in. Then put the price at around $180-$250.

I discovered why, they are not compatible with the archos 43, that said they probably will mess up your device if you run them or they just won't run at all.

So I move my music from the internal memory to the SD card on my Archos 43 and now the album art is messed up, most of the albums have the Egypt Central album cover while only the Eminem album does not.

2. have the Advanced Homegroup settings set to the following:

Yeah I love this tablet aswell, sure it's touch screen isn't the best but you can use a stylus to fix that.

I have antivirus, imo chat, and tons of other apps running in the background and I still have 50 MBs of ram left so no issues there, just make sure to give the device a rest after 2-3 days or ...

You could try using your PC to access all the market apps until you find out the problem.

If you don't get it working try TweetDeck, It works just fine on my A43IT, doesn't mean it will work good for you but hey the app is a free and whats the risk?

On my Archos 43 when first playing a video on netflix it's slow like it's playing at 0.6x speed while the audio plays at normal speed, that lasts for about 1-2 minutes then the video plays at 2x speed to catch up with the audio and then it plays fine the rest of the video.

Im using a Archos 43 with launcher pro and it is not rooted.

If your problem is that the video is playing slow while the audio is still playing at normal speed just wait a minute or 2, the video will eventually play at 2x speed to catch up with the audio.

That was the only app that i could get to work with texting people, but i am using a A43.

It's really only because they can't make hard drives any smaller than laptop sized ones.
However i believe if they took 1 or 2 of these and put them in the device that would work great, however that would make the price of the Archos 43 like $200 more.
