Sadly, Google has instated today that Honeycomb won't get into phones... and for that question, Archos Gen8 are only BIG phones... I mean, they have 1gh, 256mb RAM and 800x480.

When Google is saying this, (that Honeycomb will be tablet only) I guess they mean you'll have to have at least 1024x768 ...

I also had some problems getting it installed, but after i opened the file through files-program and not as it pops up after you have unmounted your divice from the computer, it worked.

This is how I did it.
1. Download and transfer to divice through USB (to root)
2. Unmount the divice.
3. Press ok ...

As the people before me have pointed out it depends on what you are looking for.. I was looking for a mediaplayer with hdmi and that also worked as e-reader, surf the web and so on. Therefor 250gb was perfect for me. If you dont't need the extra storage, go for the 8gb (cheaper, slimmer, better ...
