1. Add the art to all the files you want to add art to.
2. Delete the album from WMP (Delete from Library NOT from PC hard drive)

I suggest you submit a technical support ticket on Archos.com, the more people that report it, the more chance they will fix it.

It appears you are correct. I find it incredible that Archos claim to support synching with WMP and the basic function of synching playlists is not supported. I guess I'll just have to wait for the firmware upgrade.

Playlists created in 605 are in M3U format.

All my tracks are MP3, not sure what non-drm tracks are or how to check if I have any.
