Camera problem

Hey there,

I just bought a week ago the Archos 50c Platinum.
since 3 days I have a problem using the camera.
It does say" camera failure, no connection to the camera possible"
I tried several things
- add another app for camera (same problem)
- turn off/on decvice
- reset to factory settings

nothing worked so far.
Any other ideas instead of bringing it back to the shop?

I'm facing same issue but restart the phone worked
But I still feel camera very slow
I have android 5.1
I will try to update today to c if it will work
