i bought anArchos Vision 3 from amazon as a back up its never been used and is over a year old opened it up and the battery pack is expanended and pushed back off. I called archos they refused to help even thought its brand new never used. I WILL NEVER BUY ARCHOS AGAIN THEY ARE A DEFECTIVE MANUFACTURER AND WILL SWITCH TO ANOTHE COMPANY.
