Archos Gamepad

i've been using my gamepad for about a year now and one of the problem i have is my tablet doesnt charge for some reason so i reduced the setting like brightess and stuff but still doesnt charge and even when im using it just goes down it doesnt charge but the procentage just goes down. any help? :(
