have archos 80g9 tablet no sound and no wifi help plz

I can not connect to wifi, it constantly shows not in range, i have another tablet same one and it works and connects to my wifi just fine, i have a dynex router, also can only listen to sound with earphones on. I tried already doing a factory reset and making sure i have the latest firmware installed which i do. can anyone please assist me with fixing these issues? Any help is greatly appreciated
