Need help identifing tablet

Hello . I have a question or two im hoping some one can help me with i cant seem to get answers from Archos. Im trying to identify my tablet so i can get updates or firmware when needed. Im supposed to have a update in ABOUT DEVICE but it is not there? When i go to there download site i have no idea what model i have to pick or which i have and dont want to pick the wrong one. All it says om front of it is KUNO. Model number on the back is A101C. When i look under ABOUT DEVICE the model number is AN10G2-KN. Android version 2.3.1/ Kernel Version 2.6.32.27/ Build number GINGERBREAD.eng.root.20120319.093744. When i gothe there download page i dont see any of these model numbers or what KUNO it is . its a older one that was refurbished. any help would be greatly appreciated. dont understand why he update isnt on tablet..?
