80 sx_Troubleshooting

Hi everyone, I've just bought an ARCHOS 80xs and unfortunately it doesn't work fine.
In fact my Archos will not start to Android, it keeps showing a black screen that shows an inscription "ARCHOS Entertainment your way" whenever I switch it on, what can I do?
