DosBox Turbo Setup

I have downloaded Dosbox Turbo and have little experience with it. I have it running but how do I link it to run the games.
I understand I have to change directory to the game folder but what command do i run to get to either the internal 8Gb (and how do I get this internal SD folder up - not the media folder via USB)
or micro sd (I have 32gb) or usb drive.

Any help would be appreciated. I have the dos games ready to go

Also once running how do I add the config file for the games, etc (I have also downloaded DosBox Manager.

never mind, my gamepad ha gone wrong again (2nd one from archos) - not impressed archos

Gonna get a refund me thinks, I'll wait for the device to become more stable. Shame!
