White Screen

Hi can anyone tell me whats happening with my 80 G9

my screen just goes white if I leave it long enough it just goes back to normal but its getting to be a problem
it has antivirus on it and up to date firmware

Can anyone help

No one has any idea why my screen keeps disappearing then

If I press the power button to make it sleep then turn it on again it restores it

Its just very much getting on my pip now didn't even get through typing this and its happened twice

Sorry, I'm not understanding your problem.

Are you saying after having your screen on for a certain amount of time, the screen goes white and then putting it into sleep mode and taking it back out using the power button fixes it temporarily?

Does it go suddenly white, or does it fade to white?

What firmware are you on?

Sounds like a software problem.
Try reinstalling latest firmware.
