That really sucks, a product that is not even a year old is not upgradable.
Thought going with a known manufacturer, that I wouldn't get this problem.

Had the same problem with my last phone, next time will buy a iPad. Even the iPad I works on the last version of ios!!!

iOS offers nearly nothing new since iOS1. While Android updates integrate huge amounts of new features and tons of complete system redesigns for optimization etc.

I dunno, there may be Jelly Bean with the SDE Firmware for it eventually.
