maximum file size
just wondering what the maximum file size is for the unit? seems i copied a 4.35 gig file over fine but a 5 gig file was a no-go.

just convert your sdcard to ntfs and it will work fine for any size files!

ah but i mean on the 250 gig drive version

I successfully copied a 12GB file from my PC to my Archos 101 250GB using USB cable. No problems here so far 
101 G9 1.5Ghz 250GB @ v3.2.80
