Frustrated & unable to register my tablet

Hi I am in a frustrating situation with my Archos 101 G9. The tablet appears to have been delivered without the sticker that details the serial number. I desperately need to register the tablet to permit me to buy the video add on to play my uploaded movies.

I am unable to get any customer support until the tablet is registered my only hope is that somebody in the forum can give me some help.............please.......

you have to pull out and look under the arm. Probably on the box too. You can play video now almost as well with mx video player app

Viking , thanks for that info. I will look under the arm when I get home this evening, its the one place that I have not looked !! Unfortunately the original box went into the rubbish.

Will check under the arm and let you know how I got on.

I am now 100% sorted with find the serial under the arm. Thanks also for the tip on MX video, you saved me spending E10 on codec.

Enter the Product Key with no dashes.

Enter the Serial Number without the last characters EG 8GB 16GB etc.

Why do they not tell us this?
