Archos Internet Tablet 101 vs Arnova G2 (8gb)

Hey guys, i am from the UK.

I am looking at buying a budget tablet.

The two i have seen are the Archos Internet Tablet 101vs Arnova 10 G2 (8gb).
I have looked at specs for both, and aside from the fact that the 101 doesnt have ram listed, i cant see that much of a difference.

Or am i being blind.

Also does anyone know if Archos are planning on upgrading the Android Version to ICS?
