before a few month ago i bought archos 5 500gb pre-owned so when i tried to buy hd plugin fails to, i tried to buy over web but when i add product it fails error "this product registered before" how can i register this product? and how can i buy hd plugin (sorry my english)

you have to get the previous owner to unregister.. supposedly it can be done through the archos website

does not know the previous owner he bought a second hand too, I could not find an archos e-mail address.

You can buy plugins on ebay. When you pay, in the message box give the serial# and product key.

Ring Archos, get them to re-register in your name.
