604 Firmware update, or not!!!

I just received my 604 and tried to update the firmware from 1.0.0 to the newest version. I copied the file into the data folder, as I normally did on my 700; however, when I try to do the update, it keeps telling me it cannot find the file. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions??

Copy the firmware file to the root dir instead of the data folder.
