HUGE PROBLEM NEED HELP ASAP

HEY i am having a huge problem.

I just bought the Archos 3 cam vision not even a month ago and its not working.

I mean when I plug it into my computer it turns on and works, however as soon as i unplug it it turns off and doesnt turn back on. I tried resetting it and etc. Not working. What do I do? Can some one help me before I invest in something else.
