Also Archangel still works on mine. I did an upgrade over an install that had it though. Others are saying it doesn't.

Can you elaborate on how you got Archangel to work? I did on OTA firmware update and Archangel will not root - you are the first to say it works

I did a download then copy across and then install and it just hasn't stopped working Set CPU is still working too. I have done a couple of reboots and it all seems to still work. I did have Archangels set to permanent root at the time the upgrade was done.

I am using an A101 16gb.

I tried reinstalling Archangel and it's still not working. Maybe it's different for the A70?

For me archangel appears not to work, but I do still have root

Had to do a reboot this morning andarchangel no longer works and I no longer have root. Harrumph! Oh well - them's the breaks. I am finding that most other things are working well though. But seems to take longer - not less time to find the media on sd cards...

Not sure. Is it a generic type dell USB one? I'll try one fron work and see what happens...

I'm at work and have mouse - but no Archos - will take mouse home and try later

The red LED on the mouse is on, just doesn't seem to be working, i mean I've not tested before so could be me.

Sorry to say that it worked fine for me. Have you tried a different mouse? Does anything else work on the USB?

Tried three different mice and still the same issue - I can connect my cameras, keyboard etc up OK and it was a USB Host designed for these units so I don't think thats the issue. The lights on the mice are showing when they are connected, just no cursor

This may seem like a daft suggestion and I'm sure you've tried it but once the mouse is plugged in have you clicked the buttons, etc? I very occasionallly have to do this with my mouse before android picks it up. Worth a try....

Just tried again and it woul seem that none of my USB devices are working, though it can't be the cable becuase there's power to the mouse?

So I'm guessing it has to be my crappy tablet.

Right USB Host is working again now - just not with mice.
