ARCHOS 2 - Strange music flicker/tape.

I've had my archos 2 about a year.

Long story short, it turns on normal, it plays radio fine, it looks at pics fine.....As soon as I enter to the MUSIC section is flickers between the word music / and the picture of the "tape" from when your recording your voice etc with it . Its like its having a little seizure.

Any thoughts ?. Ive done chkdsk, etc etc, and most other savvy things I could think of .

Weird no ?.
