archos 604 hacking

Anyone here done any hardware mods to their 604 yet?

I was thinking of looking for room inside the case for a standard barrel connector to charge the thing. That way any 5v wall-wart would work.

Also, and I'm beeing a bit off the wall here, but putting a standard mini-usb connector on it would be a dream so losing the proprietary cable wouldnt be so scary.

If not I'll look into it once my 604 arrives in a few days..
