Archos Vision 14 - Album/Artist name info not recognised

Not sure where to post this - there's not a dedicated forum for this product.

Got my wife one of these at the weekend and used Itunes to convert many of her fave CD's into MP3's. Copied them into the MUSIC folder.

The song titles appear, so she can listen to them OK, but the Artist/Album title lists are empty.

I checked in Windows Explorer and the meta-info is there. I put some of the files on my Creative Zen and it recognised them ok, including Artist and Album info.

But the Archos stubbornly persists in not seeing the Album/Artist info. I have rebuilt the library, tried deleting and recopying etc, all to no avail.

Any tips would be appreciated...
