archos 28 app support

hi.I want to buy buy A28.and have some questions:
can run these 2 apps?
VPlayer ----- RockPlayer Universal

Can these 2 support subtitle (.srt)?
How about arabic fonts in subtitle?
And hang or not with this vid :bitrate 500 k/320x240/25 fps
