Archos 7 (160gb) and Mini Dock problem

I have a 7 (160gb) and recently got a Mini Dock to play content on the TV. I have tried the component cables and the s-video cables to no avail. Can anyone enlighten me on how to do this ?

There's a menu option somewhere to play out through the dock. Does the dock get recognized? Look around in there. I've done it many times but can't remember now.

Found the setting and checked everything. Nothing on the TV.

I even read the manual !!

How did you hook it up to the TV?

Tried the composite connection and heard a little sound, but no picture.
