Finally fixing the speaker volume...

Just a quick note to the devs...

Before the next FW release, will someone please make sure the volume fix in the current 1.9.x.x. FW is also in the 2.0.x.x FW? And then test two devices with the two FWs side by side to make sure the 2.0.x.x device is equally loud?

I don't want to lose OpenGL just to have an audible external speaker again... ;)
