704 wifi please help as update firmware now my music and vid

Hi Guys and hello to everyone just join today and wanted some help please
As i update my firmware from archos web now my music and video not playing
but i can see the files and i can send it to my pc plays fine on my pc but not in my archos 704 wifi

is something has been corupted you think please ,now there is one thing i have notice where normally
the plug inn says some numbers now is just blank example like this PLUG INN --
Or does this has to stay like this i dont know
Any help most preciate thankx ....
