AV700TV Video stops at 1hr 7 mins 7 secs

Hi,
I use Xilisoft DVD Ripper Ultimate V5.0.50 build-0403 to rip my DVDs to my Archos AV700TV. Recently I have been experiencing an issue where when I play the AVI on my PC it plays fully, however if I play it on my Archos it will only play to 1hr 7 mins 7 secs. The odd thing is in the file properties it will say the actual length on both PC and Archos but when I play it on the Archos the "timeline" only shows the 1 hour 7 mins secs and will cut off at this point. The file size is 1.8GB so within the FAT32 limits. But if I play something from another source eg. off the net (legal stuff of course) it plays in full even if its over the 1 hour 7 min. The Xilisoft software has an "AV700" setting and I've never had issues before.

Any ideas?
