What is the 704 wifi Usb "A" socket used for, Icant find anything on it on the Archos site

One socket is for connecting the 704 to a PC, the other is for connecting USB devices to the 704.

Can't remember which way round they are, but as bobw says, RTFM

is it for any USB source ie: memory sticks, hard drives,cameras-Etc etc or is it for archos only stuff
