change fps, when recording with helmetcam...

hi there, im new to the forum...
bought the archos 405 a few weeks ago, i mainly use it as a recorder for my helmet cam (skiing),
i tried a lot but i cant find the settings to get up to 30 fps, still have the 25...
does anyone of u guys know how to solve the problem?
i also turned down the bits and and and...
