Question using Amazon Unbox

Hey guys, I have a AV500 and 700 and I used to buy movies and TV shows off Amazon Unbox and transfer directly to my Archos, I recently purchased something and found out it will not play, the Unbox recognizes my Archos and transfers them but when i play the files the Archos reads cannot play this file, when I transfer old content from Unbox that I bought last year it will play fine. My question is does anybody else use Amazon Unbox and have they had any issues, any help will be appreciated, thanks...
