I was working at a friends house and did not see his 704 wifi by the stairs and kicked it down the stairs onto the concrete below. All looked good on the outside only few scuffs. Inside when we tried to turn it on, all you hear is the hard drive spin stop and spin stop over and over. Tried reset no help. Hooked up to comp. no help.
