@Roy I looked into adding an audiobook cat., but isn't it so that most audiobooks are .mp3 or do they use some other extensions (I myself never use audiobooks I prefer to read.)
If that is the case you could just use the music search with the mp3 extension.
BTW It is not a miracle tool it just searches the web with some additional google parameters wich are a pain if you would type it each time you want to search for a file.

It is finished. I added some more file extensions to the music and video search.
There is also an extra search button for a regular search on google for the text you did type in the inputfield.
If you think there are some missing features pleace post them here and I will look into it if it can be added.
BTW just download the zip in the first post again for the latest version.

If you search for a video then if you click the search option a new window will open with the google search results then if you are lucky you can just click one of those links and if it is a file the archos will prompt you if it should be downloaded. The downloaded files will be in the directory Downloads on your archos accesseble with the filebrowser.
Please note it is not a miracle tool and not meant to be a replacement for downloading alot of files which can be better done on your pc.
Also it is not a download tool just a search aid for google.

MauriceGreat widget...I can see me actually using this one. I won't use it for the bulk of my media downloading, but rather for quirky one-off downloads.
