Gmini Xs100 -have a problem whit USB connection

when i try to connect the mp3 player to my comp and i enter the drive (H) i cant see the filles (i have mp3's and i can lisent),and i cant copy any file in disk(H) pls help me

and i cant see the space on disk(H) just 0byte

try another usb port, and another usb cable (they are standard cables abd you should have at least another with another digital camera etc).
If that dosent work uninstalling all your usb drivers and controllers then reboot. This will load fresh drivers on the system.
Do you have access to another pc also try it on there.
If this all fails im assuming the player may have failed, is it working ok still when not connected?
Have you formatted it reacently and failed to do it in fat 32 or deleted the partitions?
you need to give more info what the player was doing / what you were doing when it started to fail, ie the hard drive grinding, freezing etc etc etc.
