TomTom Go Mobile install problem Android 5.1

I have problems installing the TomTom Go Mobile app
The app installs ok from the Google Play Store but when I open it for the first time it needs to download a map.
When I download the Benelux map the download stops / pauzes at 13 % and nothing happens after that.
The only way is to stop download and close the app.
Tried many times, Always the same result.
There is more than enough memory available .
I did a factory reset and tried again ( first app ) without an external sd card, same result.
I use a fast WIFI connection, because when I install this app on my old Asus tablet there is no problem at all.
I have sent the tablet back and just got a new one, same problem.

Anyone else having this problem ?
