Excuse me being naive but if I connect a pictures memory stick via a usb to tablet where do I find them? OR how do I open them?

Hi,
as far as i know you can't directly transfer from a flash drive via a cable. this it called OTG( on the go) and the archos doesn't support this.
You can however connect the flash drive (stick) to a computer and transfer the files via the usb cable to anywhere on the archos.
After transfer and disconnection the gallery will find the pictures on the tablet
