archos 10i tablet .HELP ME PLEASE.X

Hi i bought the archos internet tablet second hand from cash generators but it wont play alot of u tube videos or bbc iplayer saying i need to upgrade to flash 10.0 or more i also dont have an appstore on it and phoned archos customer service which they directed me to here can anyone help me please thank you in advance. Which internet brouwser do you use
I use the Android Browser, and it works perfect.
It play everything.
