Upgrade from 101 G9 Turbo worth it?

Hey there fellas.

Ive got an 101G9 Turbo with 1GB RAM and i may have the opportunity to sell it to the family.

Then i could buy a new 101XS for 80€.

So ive got 2 questions:

1. Is the switch from the G9 to the XS worth the 90 - 100€?

2. Is the XS still the best tablet under 300€? I really like the G9 performance wise and back then it was awesome for the price youd have to pay. But is the XS the same miracle?
