play store on the arnova 10b g3

hello i bought 2 archos arnova 10b g3 tablets

now i have problems to install google play store on one it's no problem but on the other it doesn't work??

the there is only a diference between the kernel version:

the first has 3.0.8+ root@sc-server-desktop#200
the other has 3.0.8+ root@sc-development-android#245

please help me my both kids want the app store
