The charger for mine isn't plugging in properly. It only fits in about half way before it gets stuck, I'm sure the charger isn't the problem.
Can anyone help?

Which tablet do you have? The G9s without a hard disk get their power via the micro-USB socket, whereas the ones with hard disk have a separate socket for power. Have you looked in the socket to see if there is anything blocking it? and have you looked inside the plug? I have a flash version of the G9, and once or twice I have found a bit of fluff from my computer bag has found its way into the microUSB socket. If this has happened to you, be very careful in removing the obstruction, as the internals of the socket is delicate.isthisallowed wrote:The charger for mine isn't plugging in properly. (Another possibility is that the microUSB socket has broken off the chassis. If this is the case, try the RMA process - and, judging by some other posts on this forum, be prepared for a long wait.)
