I have tried the supplied conversion software and other Microsoft friendly software (I can do this using windows emulation software) but have not had success in getting the finished avi files playing on the archos vision a14vg.
I have some powerful (linux based) conversion software, however when I convert flv files to avi files they don't play on the archos vision a14vg.
It would be really helpful if I knew the factory specs (which are not mentioned on the archos website), ie dimensions, bitrate, codec, frames per second that the archos vision a14vg expects avi files to have so I know what to aim for when using (any) conversion software.
Does anybody knows what these specs are?
