Wall part of charger - how to open?

This must be the silliest question, but I just bought my tablet, and I can't even get the wall charger to let the prongs up to plug into the wall. Please help! I would call Cust Service, but they are closed, and I am supposed to give my boss a "go" or "no go" on this tablet tomorrow! (We are trying to use them for a high school class in order to give the students access to some cool learning apps.)

you mean attaching the plug for your country to the charger ??
something like this ? (but with a USB plug on the other end)

A lot of brainless activity happens at 2 am... found the US adapter piece to the plug. Doh!
