make sticky / unsticky

I suggest somebody make sticky the new 4.07 firmware topic in general g9 subforum, and then unstick the 4.06 topic.

I made the new one a sticky but I left the old one there. We'll see if it continues to get activity.

When you open a topic at the very bottom of the posts, on the left hand side, there should be a drop down menu named Quick Mod Tools. In that menu is a Make Topic Sticky option. Do you not have that menu?

Oh, i see... elegant. Yeah, i usually wait to unstick until there is a pause of activity, then a stray post which will hold the topic from suddenly dropping off the page. But i dont like to encourage timid clinging to old firmware. Btw someone recently stickied a topic with a fairly trivial solution offered by me. I just wanted to say i did not vainly sticky that, but if someone found it important thats fine.
