is there really any need for that many stickys?
i ask as i just looked at someone who is having issues and the thread was just posted and half way down the board. its a wonder any one can find anything there.
does anyone object if i go and remove the sticky flag from most and just leave the bare min?

That's because that page lists all the stickies of all the Gen8 forum sections in one page. Sure we can remove some of the stickies that aren't too necessary.

Those stickies are part of shorter lists in their normal home subforum. While many are overdue for unsticky, others may be needed for non obvious reasons which we have found due to experience of posters. So it is hard now to avoid throwing out the baby with the bathwater.
