A: Yes, there are three choices, "CB", "Mastercard" or "Visa", but if you click mastercard your solo card will work too.

A) It depends upon where you purchase it from. Usually vendors will have a 30 day warantee, in which case you would want to return the unit directly to the vendor. Otherwise, if they do not have a 30 day warranty, Archos has a one year warranty. Go to www.archos.com, register your unit and file for an RMA (Return Merchandise A...something) number. You will have to pay for shipping.
