Thumb Drive in full size USB port

Post by rschlack »

I read some threads that say the latest version of the G9 firmware should allow a drive to work with the full size usb port.

I tried plugging a sandisk thumb drive into the port and couldn't get it to work. Is there a trick to it?

Have you enabled the 3g port?

You may have to remove the U3 software.

Then format.

Ensure that you backup your files first.

It works.

FW update, plug it in and good to go.
