Cant purchase AC3 plugin...

Any idea wen they're going to let s give them money for the ac3 plugin? My serial doesn't start with a letter so I can't buy it.

Mine is the same, it starts with a number. When I called about 10 days ago, Archos tech support said it wasn't released yet. I may try them back today.
