podcast app that works with the screen off

Apparently the Archos doesn't conform to standard sleep protocols as a result neither doggcatcher nor Google listen continues to play once the screen shuts off. Anyone know of a working podcast app for the Archos?

My totally ordinary, unrooted archos 28 plays fine with google listen and the screen blanked. Tunein radio also plays fine after the screen blanks.

I have the 70 IT. I have the same issue.

I have tried sevral, and I have the same issue, so far, with every single one EXCEPT BeyondPod Podcast Manager, but its a pay app..

The ones I can remember I have tried that dont work are:
PODCAT
PODCAST PLAYER
Car Cast Podcast Player

Try Podkast from the market. It lets you save the podcasts so you can listen to it later and it also seemed to keep playing when the screen went to sleep.

app lib has limited selections and none mentioned here.
How do I get an app not in the apps lib?

I manage subscriptions and downloads with SwallowCatcher, and then just play the podcasts in the stock Music app, which, of course, works with the screen off.

Great, now I'm getting messages that I dont have the latest flash player and it will not let me download Adobe 10.1.

Pocket Casts, available in the Market, works great.
